Every designer needs the right tools to do a good job. Thankfully, I can use:
I design products that are more than pleasing to the eye. I make usable designs that are:
I mastered design thinking over the past eight years through studying, coffee, and most importantly experience.
My experience as a product designer has allowed me to design both business and consumer-facing products for every user type imaginable, from a 5-year-old kindergartner to a 60-year-old college counselor. I am an expert when it comes to creating intuitive products backed by research and understanding.
In my free time, you will find me writing, thrifting, playing tennis, cuddling my two cats Loki and Zelda, singing karaoke, and cooking gourmet meals!
I do end-to-end product design and am looking to work for either a small or large company. I am eager to provide the best possible product for any user.
I work in Central Standard Time (GMT-6), but I'm willing to be flexible with my schedule to accommodate collaboration with clients and coworkers in other time zones.
Depends on the scope of the project, really. Some projects take less than a week. Some take months. The best way to find out is to get on a quick call with me and discuss what you're looking for.
My approach is problem-forward. I seek to solve the user's problem in the most efficient way possible, whether that be creating a new product from scratch or iterating on an existing design.
Send me an email to understand my process in depth!
When measuring success, I look at both short-term and long-term outcomes and metrics. For example, when measuring a product's initial success, I look at task success rates, task completion time, and the System of Usability Scale. However, to measure long-term success, I look at customer engagement with the product, retention rates, conversion rates, and happiness data.
